“I run 50-60 miles per week and also lift about 3 times per week. I compete for a post-collegiate cross-country team and in various road races (5K-half marathon). I use these shoes as trainers (not for racing). They are great for higher mileage, hold their shape well (don't get loose or stretch out) and have a decent amount of forefoot cushioning which a lot of distance trainers lack.”
