    This is an extremely comfortable sneaker. Excellent support. The style is trim. Many sneakers have that wide foot look that makes your foot look much wider than they are.

    I run 50-60 miles per week and also lift about 3 times per week. I compete for a post-collegiate cross-country team and in various road races (5K-half marathon). I use these shoes as trainers (not for racing). They are great for higher mileage, hold their shape well (don't get loose or stretch out) and have a decent amount of forefoot cushioning which a lot of distance trainers lack.

    I've been wearing these shoes forever. I was measured for them at a running store years ago and haven't looked back since. I'm an overpronator, 5'2" and 140 lbs; I run about 30 miles per week and wear orthotics. I wear these shoes for walking as well. Sometimes these are the only shoes my feet will tolerate since I have lots of foot problems. I ordered a whole size bigger because feet tend to swell when your exercising.
