    I have a normal to narrow foot and this model has always fit me beautifully. I normally need a full size bigger than my street shoe. The padding and support for my build (light) and foot strike (down the middle, heavy heel) has served me well and I continue to buy the same brand. I run about 10-12 miles a week and try to replace the shoes every six months but sometimes forget for an additional six months without being reminded by pain. Great air circulation for warm weather but can get a bit chilly in the winter.
