    Great shoes. Very light and the cushionong is good. I workout 4-5 times a week. Either 45 min-1.5 hours on aerobic machinery or 25-45 minutes running. The shoes feel about 1/4 size small...but the snugness isn't overly tight, which is good with me. If you don't like a snug shoe...order a half size larger. These shoes are perfect for the goal of running a 10K in two weeks.
