    Run with them 3 days per week. I dont wear them at the gym, only for running. These shoes will last longer by only wearing them when you run.

    The shoes were great so far and arrived pretty quickly. Good running shoe if you need shoe with superior stability. I'm a larger runner and have had issues with past ankle injuries. Running before with my Ascis Cumulus 10 was tough as I would always have ankle issues after a run. But so far with the Beasts, I've had no issues.

    I have low arches due to being pre-disposed with flexible feet (didn't know that existed until recently). I was told it would be ok to use less motion control since I have custom orthotics so I bought some Brooks Adrenaline. Boy was that wrong. After having used the Beast for many years, even other Brooks shoes just didn't match up to the Beast so I loaded up on more. Anyone need some once used Adrenalines?

    The Brooks Beast is my shoe of choice and has been for years. I go through a pair about every six months. About the time the soles are starting to wear out, I also wear a hole through the side of the shoe by my little toe. If they would extend the toe cap a little further down the side, this would not happen.
