I can't run on a paved trail so I need a shoe that's supportive of running on the grass. These shoes felt great right out of the box. The only con is the short thick laces that are clumsy to tie.

Answer The shoes stay the same width they will just get longer so no.

Answer as with most running shoes, you should go Up half size and this was the case for me with these shoes. they don't run big
