Brooks Ghost Running Shoes (For Women)

This is my preferred running shoe. I have a high arch, and use an orthotic. I need a neutral, cushioned shoe. The Ghost isn't overly cushioned, but does the trick. It's a lightweight, fast shoe.

The Brooks quality with running shoes is held to the highest standards with these running shoes. These running shoes are very comfortable, and my feet feel GREAT!

I wanted these for running but they ran to small and my toe was hitting the front of the sneaker. I usually wear the Brooks Glycerin and I will go back to those. Had to return these but if you order them try a 1/2 size to a size up.

This is my second pair of Brooks and I love them! Great for running, very comfortable and stable. I had to return the first pair because a half size bigger was not big enough...had to get a full size bigger for these to fit comfortably for running.

I'm a trail hiker, not a runner, but I just got back from a 6-mile hike and my feet feel great. I read a lot of comments about the size before ordering. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5, so I ordered a 9 and they fit great. I have narrow feet and I can lace these tight enough that they fit well from the heel through mid-foot. The rest is wide enough it should work well for normal feet. I wore them to work yesterday (Friday "jeans" day), and my boss said they look like they'd glow in the dark. OK, so I wouldn't have picked shiny green/white shoes, but they're so comfortable I don't care about the color.

lightweight, comfortable, good fit

Very lightweight. I wear orthotics and they fit perfectly, though did have to exchange shoes for a half-size up. Wanted to try something different from my regular brand, and I am not disappointed.

I am currently training for a half marathon. I usually buy a pair of shoes about a month before the race. I nearly always have some sort of issue with toe blisters, but not in the first couple runs. Usually the blisters don't come until fifteen miles or so. I really have had good experiences with other Brooks shoes, but I probably won't buy this model again.

A bit disappointing - very little cushion or arch support. I had to put in Spenco insoles to make them wearable.
