Brooks Ghost Running Shoes (For Women)

site said to order half size up and they were right. i am a standard 6 1/2 and I got a 7 and they feel ok but not too much toe room. I ordered Brooks because they are recommended for high arches. I am happy with them, but I have only walked in them so far.

Running 5 times/week for 35 min. Seem to hold up. Only con is they feel a bit too small to size. Always wear Brooks and the sizing on these is a bit different.

These shoes are comfortable and good for medium length distances. Anything over 1/2 marathon I don't think they will be great for. Short distances they are fine!

I've purchased this style many times - always happy with them. I go through shoes every 3 months or so, so it's great to get them at a good price.

I purchased this shoe as a complement to my aggressive trail shoe, and found it to be lightweight with a roomy toe box. A smooth running feel on bike paths& moderate dirt toads. I look forward to many comfortable miles of running in this shoe.

I usually wear a size 7 running shoe. I ordered the 7 and 7.5. 7 was DEFINITELY too small. 7.5 was okay, but I could have gone even a bit bigger. If you like your running shoes big, order a full size up. (And I NEVER wear a 7.5 in anything). Compared to the ghost 2, this shoe is much firmer and has almost no arch (I have a medium arch and do not like this, but flat footers probably would). The sole almost seems like it's a different product than the Ghost 2s... I personally like mushy cushioning. The Ghost 2 has it. The Ghost does not. Great price, but it's going back.

I love this shoe! Great arch support and it does well on both the road and the tredmill.
