“I am fairly large for a runner; 6', 200# and have been running for almost 30 years. The past 10 years or so in nothing but Glycerines. I have average feet, with a fairly high arch. These shoes provide good cushioning, they hold up pretty well, and provide good support for this 200# runner. Once I found the Glycerine, I knew I had finally found the right shoe for me!
