After several attempts, found a shoe that works well for me. I have purchased this shoe many times over the last three+ years. I am a moderate runner - 4 days a week, 2-3 miles a day plus some walking. Shoes work well on solid surfaces vs. soft or crushed rock. Would like a bit more support, but I compensate by wearing socks with arch support. Typically change out around five months. Have had no problems in rain or light snow.

These are my running shoes! I found them in a small running store 8 years ago and buy them every time I see them. To see them here - my favorite store - and for half off! I almost cried I was so happy. I bought multiple pairs. This is a great shoe for forefoot strikers who do not pronate - over or under. It is soft, comfortable with great forefoot cushioning, but good balance so if you are cooling down or need to heel-strike, you have back support as well. My perfect shoe!

I run marathons. The Brooks Glycerin is a great shoe. I need a flexible shoe. There is plenty of room for my orthotics. Shoe is true to running shoe sizing. Width is accurate.

I am an avid walker and bought these just for that. I found the sneakers have very little support and after a good 4-5 mile walk my heels and arches are very sore. I wish I never wore them on that first walk because I would have returned them

To me, it's far more important how a shoe feels after 8-10 miles than if it feels comfy around the house, and this shoe does the job. It's marketed as durable and cushioned, and that's pretty accurate. It's not cushioned in the soft & squishy sense, but in the ability to cushion road shock sense. I hope I am as pleased after 250 miles. It feels like it will hold up well.
