1.0 out of 5 stars. Weird foot bed, narrow lastReviewed by skitahoe from Lake Tahoe, CA on Thursday, January 21, 2016I don't know what it is with these. The last is super narrow under the mid foot and the placement of the arch in the foot bed (insole) is unusually far forward, which makes my feet cramp horribly when I run. Maybe they'd be fine with a custom insole?

4.0 out of 5 stars. Still good but differentVerified Buyer Reviewed by Amybla from Cincinnati on Sunday, October 11, 2015Still love this style of Brooks for minimalist running but they changed it a bit from the last version. The sole of the shoe is designed a little different. Not bad but just different. Might take some getting used to.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Light Brooks, great priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Miro from Waynesboro, Pennsylvania on Monday, September 28, 2015These are very light and comfortable. The tongue is connected to the side of the shoe, so you will have to get used to it. The price was great, the only "beauty detail" was that there was no stitching at the bottom of the tongue, but the stitch is only 1/2 inch long. Unless you inspect them thoroughly, you will not notice. I can live without it. I'm planning on having these as regular walking shoes so hopefully they'll last me many years.

5.0 out of 5 stars. **Comfort Zone **Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from SC on Monday, September 14, 2015Brooks has always made outstanding shoes, but I believe they have outdone themselves this time! These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had on my feet. I would highly recommend them to those seeking comfort, cushioning and support for their feet.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Loved 'em so much, I bought 3 more!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from North Carolina on Monday, August 31, 2015I've been wearing Brooks for 5+ years, since looking for a minimalist approach to a versatile shoe, and this one is great! The tongue stays in place, the upper breaths very well, and the sole lasts for 250-300 miles. I've them for 5ks and marathons.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Brooks Minimalist Pureconnect reviewVerified Buyer Reviewed by Apks from Hickory on Thursday, August 20, 2015I have very little experience with Minimalist running shoes so, I knew these would take some time to adjust. These shoes make an excellent transition shoe into the minimalist category because they offer plenty of cushioning and good lateral support. If you don't have experience with minimalist shoes, ease into these by starting with short runs allowing your body to slowly adjust to the new feel. The only reason I didn't give these shoes a 5 is the slightly narrow feel. I usually wear between 8.5 and 9. I ordered these in size 9 because Brooks usually run slightly small. The length is perfect. Could be slightly wider. I will be buying more of these sneakers.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Comfy but not made as well as the older ones.Reviewed by Dicerunner from Ohio on Monday, July 27, 2015I love my brooks pure series shoes but these are not as well made as the previous versions. The upper fabric ripped through where my little toe hits even though they are wider. Need to use a tougher material like connect 1's. My favorite is still the pure flow 2. They have the wider toe box and are very durable. I put over 600 miles on them and they are still like new. My connect 3's only have 80 miles and two rips. Find the old ones!
