Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
“I've been running and competing (runs, triathlons) for 15 years, and I've tried LOTS of shoes. Brooks is one of my "go to" brands -- I have high arches, and I'm a little bigger-boned than average. (My other fav shoe is adidas supernova.) These Brooks work well for my high arch, and also provide ample stability. I don't need lots of motion control, so I can't comment on that aspect. They're comfy, roomy toe-box for going down-hills, don't rub anywhere to cause blisters. Great training shoe, but only for pavement, track, treadmill -- not for trails, necessarily.”
