    I wore these shorts for running and hiking. They feel great and fit just right. They are well made and will probably last me a while. They are very breathable so you probably don't want to wear them in winter but great for any other time.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    Just know that there is no liner for these shorts, whence 'going commando'. That said, they are nicely constructed, and appear to function very well, using Brook's version of breathable plastic, er, polyester. I got them with an additional discount, but while they are good in the rotation of sportswear, I do not think I would buy them again, they are a tad baggy, although the Medium fits my 33" waist fine.

    Good looking shorts that seem to work better for cross-training activities. I bought them for running but they are too thick and baggy if you are used to lightweight shorts. Also, it's a mixed bag if there is a liner - the black did not have one but the blue did. Very comfortable.
