This is my second pair of Trance 11s and they are by far my favourite shoe. No injuries at all until I let them go a month or so past when they should have been replaced and started to get to ITB pain on the hip but getting better now I have a fresh pair and some Sof Sole insoles as well. Great shoe and very happy with the insole combination.

Reviewed by andrew from Berkeley on Thursday, April 18, 2013Wore Asics Kayanos before this and wasn't a huge fan being that I have pretty flat feet. I don't over pronate too much, but I still need a good amount of support due to my flat feet. I tried the Trance 12s but my feet were too wide for them. These Trance 11s have been pretty good so far. Very smooth ride.
