5.0 out of 5 stars. ready to wear out of the boxVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Emeryville, CA on Sunday, March 6, 2016These are really comfortable shoes for walking for me, I don't run because of knee problems. They fit perfectly for my size so don't need to worry to size up or down. I got a great deal from Sierra Trading Post. On the website, the shoes look more teal color but look nicer in real life. These shoes are also very light and they have some reflectors built in but not annoyingly large ones. I like the colorful shoestrings.

5.0 out of 5 stars. A podiatrist recommended Brooks Transcend and I haven't looked back since.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Quiltrunner from Montana on Tuesday, February 23, 2016These aren't light but lots of cushion and support. Great for my fight with plantar fasciiitis. Wide toe box and good heel grip. I haven't put on many miles yet, but that's the plan.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Transcend for WomenVerified Buyer Reviewed by LPP from Indianan on Monday, February 1, 2016I now have 3 pair of Transcends. They are one of the most comfortable Brooks shoes I own and I have owned over 25 in the last 8-9 years. The cushion I get from these shoes makes walking for me a lot easier.

5.0 out of 5 stars. comfortable running shoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by LJ from Missouri on Wednesday, January 20, 2016First time I have bought Brooks and so far so good. Has more cushion than I am used to but I like that. Good arch support. Really like these shoes. I got an 8 which is what I am in running shoes and they fit just right.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Too CushyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Seattle Spring from Washington on Sunday, November 8, 2015I look for shoes with a thick, rigid sole. Brooks used to offer this in many of their running shoes, but I've noticed a trend away from this. While the shoes were definitely comfortable when I tried them on, I was concerned that they would break down too quickly and the cushioning would ultimately betray me. I ordered both colors because I couldn't decide from the photos. I definitely liked the pink best.
