Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Verified Buyer Reviewed by N. Kieer from Ohio on Sunday, August 24, 2014This jacket has held up well after one year, and has performed as advertised - works well during mid-season hunts where a heavy parka is not needed.
Reviewed by Okie Fowler from Oklahoma on Friday, March 21, 2014The vari-tech jacket is made very well. It is light-weight and not too bulky, a lot less cumbersome than Browning's wader jacket (I have their wader jacket too). What I really like about this jacket is its length, it's somewhere between the wader jacket and parka. Also, the draw cord at the bottom of the jacket will enable you to secure the jacket above your waist if wading in deeper water. The detachable hood is a plus also.
These jackets are sized a little small, so if you plan on wearing a couple of layers underneath it, you may want to bump up to the next size. I typically wear an XL in all the hunting jackets/shirts that I buy, but have had to purchase a 2XL in Dirty Bird outer wear.
