    A very good thing about these boots is that the lacing extends down to the ball of the foot - so you can adjust the tension there. This is very important for rugged vertical terrain. Most hunting boots don't have this feature. Also, the padding around the ankle and cuff is good, providing support without rubbing.

    sole will be a problem in difficult terrian (slippery) hard to break in( will take lots of time to break in) would not take on a sheep hunt
