Very well made, but a bit too tight in the thighs, even without long johns. I am a bit beefier than the average person and wear relaxed fit jeans but expected hunting pants to be cut full enough to allow for freedom of movement. would be great for persons of average or slim build.

The best compliment I can give these upland pants is this is the second pair I have ordered. I hunt grouse and woodcock in northern Michigan in the fall. Anyone in the field in early mornings know the heavy dews and foggy mornings saturate the ferns and pines with water. This is the first pair of hunting pants that keeps me dry, and makes the day more comfortable. They also breath better than anything else I have worn, allowing perspiration to evaporate quicker. This is important later in the day when the temperature rises. The sizing is dead on, so if you are a heavy person or like a little more room, you might want to bump a size larger.

When the world comes to an end due to a zombie apocalypse, you will really wish you had 3 or 4 pairs of these pants. Perfect for hunting, fishing, all outdoor activities... survivalists should consider these a must have for the bug out bag.
