“purchased this for my father-in-law despite multiple reviews that it is often defective. mine was also defective. the box it came in was beat up, so i suspect that either a previous distributor or sierra trading post resent a returned one. i am very disappointed. i expected better from this company. although it is the first time sierra trading post has screwed me, i am greatly reducing my shopping frequency.”
