    Pros:
    Nice camo pattern
    Cons:
Battery arrives depleted, Does not heat up
    Best Uses:
    Un-Heated hand warmer, Wall decoration
    Describe Yourself:
    Hunter
    Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
[...] plugged the battery in for the initial charge and plugged it in with the excitement that comes from playing with a new product. It says it takes 5 minutes to reach maximum heat. It never heated up after 5 minutes, or 15 minutes, or even 1 hour. I charged the battery again to no avail. I sent it back and figured I got the "lemon". That happens sometimes. I went through the same process with the second one. Once again, no heat. I have sent it back as well with a note asking someone to please make sure it works before they send another one to me. I am a Browning fan as they usually make great products. I don't know whether Sierra Trading Post bought a bunch of defective hand warmers, but being the optimist, I am hoping that three is a charm. All I want is a hand warmer for my six year old daughter, my hunting buddy, that works and is able to keep her hands warm. Come on Sierra Trading Post, please don't let me down again. I am anxiously waiting for one to arrive that actually works!!

I am currently awaiting my third handwarmer. The battery pack did not hold a charge on the first two I received. Cheapest replacement battery pack that I could find is $40.00. [...] Hope the next one works.

10 day fishing trip in the upper Pen. of Michigan for walleye. Inferno did not work at all. Ordered a second one thinking the first one was defective, the second one did not work. How frustrating

    Warm, Works Well

    A bit Heavy

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I reviewed this prior and it didn't work, the new one works fine, I just hope the battery will last a while. It gets pretty warm which is just what I wanted. Have to be careful not to forget to take it off when going in the river. Not too heavy at all. This will be great when I don't want to wear gloves and only need my hands for shooting.

This is a great idea, but the item just didn't work. I charged for the recommended six hours and then connected it and NOTHING! Not even an increase in temperature at all. Now the instructions say that if the battery is left to drain for a prolonged period of time then it will no longer work. Considering that these are closeouts, I think that is what happened. I did exchange for another to try, and will update tomorrow after I charge it. Disappointment.
