“I wore this for timberland elk hunting in CO. It was a great outer layer. I sat through a rainstorm and my inner layers stayed dry. It was also a good windbreaker. The large pockets held headlamp, gloves, cap etc and were great storage when the weather warmed and I needed to "shed" items.”
