I read the reviews before I bought it so I was aware it might be big and boxy and I agree, it fits like a mans coat would. Being a female hunter for years, I was stuck wearing boxy mens camo clothes for a long time until they started making camo for women. Unfortunately it seems like they just slapped a pink tag on a mans coat for this one. It worked great out hunting in the rain so I decided to keep it since it's a good waterproof coat for the cost, still didn't get a cuter ladies fit coat though so I'll have to keep shopping STP!

I wore this for timberland elk hunting in CO. It was a great outer layer. I sat through a rainstorm and my inner layers stayed dry. It was also a good windbreaker. The large pockets held headlamp, gloves, cap etc and were great storage when the weather warmed and I needed to "shed" items.

I own and run a farm and also deer hunt and fish. This jacket is PERFECT. Roomy enough to layer under, lightweight, camo for hunting, just love it. I like this jacket so much I ordered two more - one for safe keeping when the first one wears out and another for use around the farm. If you are looking for high fashion, it isn't, but this is the best functional hunting jacket I have found in 3 years - better than any others from all the outdoor outfitters. Could not be happier with this product and great price too!! Also bought the pants - same review for them.

Love the jacket....It will be perfect for Turkey Season. The only drawback is that it is sized too big. I can still wear it, but it is a full size larger than indicated. In the South, it isn't very cold during turkey season, so I wouldn't need anything like a sweatshirt, etc. under it. If I wore it deer hunting in colder weather, I could get by with something heavier underneath. It's still a fantastic buy and the quality is outstanding!

This jacket felt big because of its cut - it's boxy and doesn't have a drawstring waist (does have a drawstring at the bottom). Upside is you can put lots of layers underneath. Sleeves fasten with 2 snap choices - I found them somewhat challenging to snap with gloves on. This jacket doesn't have pit zips, so it may be warm; when I wore it it was windy and cold and I didn't overheat. Fabric is nice and quiet, and in general the garment looks to be well made. The 2 front pockets are huge with a horizontal zipper opening, great for stuffing things in. However, if you wear a pack the waistbelt goes right across the pockets so you have to release the waistbelt to get to the pockets. There is also an inside pocket on the left side. The hood seems fine. This jacket seems a reasonable deal for the price.
