    THESE WERE LISTED AS SIZE 54-56 FOR A 3XL. I BOUGHT A PAIR TO WEAR OVER MY WOOL PANTS SIZE 50. THESE WOULD NOT EVEN BUTTON ON ME AND MY WOOL PANTS ARE LOOSE ON ME. SO DO NOT EXPECT A PAIR IN 3XL TO FIT ANYONE WITH A WAIST LARGER THAN 46 COMFORTABLY!!!!

    I ordered a similar jacket as well to go with these pants. (Both in size 3X) The jacket fit fine, but the pants were WAY too small!

    2XL was the smallest available, but I ordered them anyway because several reviews stated that they ran a size smaller than labeled, and the price was amazingly low! These pants have some very nice features! If they were closer to fitting I would have kept them. I love the flexability and wind resistance of soft shell pants, but these were way too big for my 38 waist. In addition to being big in the waist they were also a couple inches too long for my 32 inseam, and very baggy/bulky in the legs. They are built for a man who is huge in every dimention.
