“These really are great pans - sturdy and compact. A wee bit heavy for backpacking but doable. Biggest problem I've had is that things tend to stick when cooking on a campstove. Don't know if more oil would help, Cleaning the stuck stuff was not easy. But I personally prefer stainless steel over teflon and aluminum so will continue using and cleaning them.”
