Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
“Bought this because I'm expanding from 1-2 day bike rides to tours. I have not yet used the cook tools, however they appear to be of good quality and are lightweight for what they are. They pack nice and flat and will slide easily against the wall of a pannier. The soft case also has a nice mesh pocket to fit scrubbies and small detergent bottles and a DryLite towel. The end of the spatula and ladel are not metal so remember if you leave them overlong in a pot over a burner or grill/fire they may melt. May not be the best for ultra-minimalists. I tour with 50 - 60 lbs loaded on the bike for long tours. My friends and I share some gear (tools, cooking items) to keep the weight down.”
