    The scope has the same specs as the significantly more expensive Leopold, Burris or Nikon scope. Coatings on the optics could be better.

    This an awesome scope for daytime target shooting. The price here at Sierra was fantastic, who cares if its last years model. The mildot is great and easy to use, even if it's not illuminated. Zeroed in relatively easy, the click and lock elevation / windage caps are a nice bonus feature. It held its zero for over 1000 rounds over the course of two days (22 AR conversion). The side parallax knob really is simple and straight forward in its design and purpose. The big wheel is a little over the top, but is removed simply enough if that's not your cup of tea. The scope stays in focus through its entire magnifying range. The built in lens shutter caps work flawlessly, but does turn the fine focus ring when operating (small inconvenience). We were using it in broad daylight at a rifle range, had no opportunities to use it in the evening. All and all, very pleased with this scope.

    Just got this a little over a month ago. Nice scope with great features. Unfortunately, the magnification knob is frozen at the 14-16 mark. Have two other BSA scopes (all used on a Ruger 10/22 and never a problem). DREADING THE RETURNS PROCESS.
