I bought this because my aunt had one she used for vacations. I love them. It allows you to go places without carrying a purse/wallet which can get lost/stolen. It is not bulky, and because it is worn under your cloths it cannot be taken off you without your consent. In the very least it leaves your hands free so it is also nice for amusement parks.
