“I bought this jacket for my son who is a snowboard instructor, he loved it until he tried to unzip it the first time. The little leather pull stuck on one of the velcro closings and pulled right off. I got my little needle nose pliers out and pinched it back into shape, almost too easily. I told him that would happen again if he wasn't careful because the metal ring was pretty whimpy, other than that he loved it and I would buy it again.”
