Reviewed by Jay Pea from Portland, Oregon on Thursday, February 14, 2013I'm 5'll, 165 lbs with a 32" waist. W/ size Large, I couldn't cinch up the waist enough to keep the pants from falling down, and the inseem was a few inches long. If you're my size, go with the medium.
