In 1977, Jake Burton began hand-making Burton snowboards in his spare time. A year later, Burton quit his full-time job and started the first Burton snowboard factory, based in the living room of a small Vermont farm house. At the time, snowboarding wasn't even considered a legitimate sport; but by 1982, Burton had convinced the Suicide Six Ski Resort to open its doors to rebel Burton ride ... Good outer shell construction. Basic boot, nothing to fantsy. This is a step up from thier rental boots. Would recommend this boot to someone who is new to the sport however a more advanced rider would be disapointed with the lack of options and internal construction.

I love that this hoodie is long in the torso. I'm just over 5'10" and finding shirts long enough is really a challenge. The sleeves could be a little longer. Overall it's super comfortable, and I can even get away with wearing it to work on Fridays.

These pants rock!! I'm SO glad I went for it! The print looks a little crazy, but is actually gorgeous and not too loud in person. These are exactly what I was looking for--a pant that is burly enough to withstand actual outdoor use, and that has enough style points to stand out from the crowd! The fit is great on these pants-they run long, which for a girl with a 34 inch inseam is awesome. First ski pants I've had that don't leave me waiting for the flood. The sizing is spot on, but the cut is baggy, boarder-style (what else would you expect from Burton?) Waist fits great. Tons of handy pockets, fabric stands up to wind and snow, with plenty of room for a cozy baselayer. Love em!

I bought these along with a pair of DC Judge boots to compare. It only paled in comparison when it came to fit - the Judge had all these adjustments you can make to achieve the best fit while these boots only had the laces to do the trick. If I didn't have the Judges next to them, I probably would have kept this pair.

I purchased these along with a pair of Flow bindings... these never got mounted on my board. They look great (materials and construction) but after fully understanding Flow bindings, it didn't make sense to go with these.

As a beginner snowboarder, I just wanted my own boots rather than a pair of soggy rentals. These are great for me!! They are comfortable, warm, and look great!! Couldn't be happier.
