“C'mon guys, make it easy for the customer. This thing does not come with the two rechargeable batteries required for operation. The product description on the website must have stated this somewhere, but I missed it. So, although the packaging looks like everything's included, you open it up, get ready to roll and find out you need to buy the batteries -- which of course are specialty batts, not at your local CVS or Rite Aid. Yes, my fault. But most consumer products these days seem to come 'complete'. Kind of sneaky, and annoying, for this one to come half-baked.”
