I bought this knife to carry while running in the backcountry. The clip keeps it secure and allows easy access for one hand opening.

Awesome knife. I have owned spyderco knifes and this is not just a knock off, it is every bit as good. You cannot find a better knife for this price.

    Pros:
    Compact, Sharp Blade
    Cons:
Grip is on the small side, Need two hands to close
    Best Uses:
    General farm use
    Describe Yourself:

    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
For the price, it far exceeds the performance of equivalent knives. Open frame, all metal/synthetic construction allows easy cleaning and tolerance to abuse. You need two hands to close it, so for use with work gloves in a cold climate this is a disadvantage.

    Pros:
Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Good Weight, Versatile
    Cons:
Clip too tight, Poor factory sharpness
    Best Uses:
    Day Trips, Everyday carry
    Describe Yourself:
    Casual Adventurer
    Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Blade isn't as sharp as I thought it should be. The pocket clip is so tight that I have to struggle to get the knife in and out of my pocket. The clip on my knife was set-up for a left-handed person so I have to take it off and make it right-handed. Over all this isn't a bad knife for the price, however if you can afford it wait and buy a quality knife.
