    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    The first time my daughter wore the jacket, the fabric ripped in the back. While I expect that not all fabric will endure everything, this fabric requires such gentle care that it shouldn't be used as the primary fabric on the outside of a ski coat. I wouldn't recommend the product and won't buy another.

    I bought this as a present for my niece and was pleasantly surprised. This outfit is beatiful and keeps her warm. She loves it. It has inner sweater-like sleeves that you tuck into your gloves to keep out the wind and snow. She wears it to ski club and it keeps her warm and is also very attractive (important to an 11 yr old). This is a top quality outfit.
