I snagged a set of these on a deep discount last year. I use them 4-5x a week in the beginning and end of the season. On the plus side, they breathe very well and the seams are holding up great with repeated use. On the neg, the fabric is pretty thin and easy to puncture. I've repaired mine with seam seal multiple times, and every repair has worked well. I guess a reinforced or double stitched wader might be better for me, but for occasional or rec use this is a nice choice.

My biggest gripe is with the boots. I'm 6' and wear a 10 shoe. I ordered the medium that are supposed to be good for 10.5 shoe size. They are borderline uncomfortable for me because they're so tight, and they are not contoured to L and R foot at all. Still, considering the price you can get them for, not a bad set.

Purchased this tube so I could retire two 15-year-old Caddis tubes that had lost bungies, bladders and clips. Be aware that the seat is a simple piece of fabric that is permanently sewn in. There is no clip system that allows you to punch out and free yourself from the tube quickly and cleanly if the need arises. The mesh "table" attaches with two bungies that clip to the D-rings at the back of the tube (zoom in the picture to see them). When the table is attached, the fisher is sort of strapped into the tube and the clips are very difficult to reach back there behind you. They are also just plain hard to unfasten due to their design. I would not feel comfortable using this tube if there was any chance that I might turn over due to surf, boat wakes, or rapids. The pvc piece that is inserted to make a rigid crossbar at the front of the tube is roughly cut with sharp ends and may result in a wear point at each end of the crossbar. I would recommend rounding them off with a sander before use. That said, I do use this tube, but in my small local lake with no boat traffic and no chance of waves or surf. It is a nice, light weight tube otherwise, and the U shape does allow for easier kicking and casting. Sierra pricing and service are top notch.

I've been trying to find a rod case that will allow me to carry a 2 piece, 9' rod, with spinning reel on my motorcycle and I think this will do the trick. Appears to be very well made and the bulge for the reel is properly placed. Lots of stuff out there for the fly fishing crowd but not so much for us spinning folks. The only negative I have to report is the overall ID of the rod tube could be a little bigger. The first guide of my Fenwick rod projects a fair distance and it took some creative bending of the guide to achieve the necessary clearance.
