“Although very comfortable, it is not a shirt you'd wear to the gym if you are fashion conscious. However, since I run outdoors at night it makes a great technical running shirt and is very comfortable.It has a lot of seams (almost quilt-like), but they are flat and are suprisingly undetectable when you wearing the shirt.”
