    Top is thicker for warmth where you need it most when sleeping. Bottoms have cuffs so they don't ride up in bed.

    My husband generally wears Large PJs even though he's technically a Medium, so we went with L and happily they fit perfectly. The pants are snug around the ankles, which my husband really likes. The only con (as another reviewer mentioned) is that the pants are made of thinner material than the top, which seems unusual and probably means they'll wear out faster.
