    Too bad this nightgown is not true to size. Otherwise it would be perfect. I normally wear a Medium, but it is way too big. I plan to take in the shoulders and let the rest fall where it may. Sleeping in it is very comfortable.

    Calida makes wonderful quality cotton items and I was looking to replace a nightshirt of theirs that had finally worn out. This one is slightly uncomfortable because of the metallic threads running through - not as soft. It also runs large.

    The quality of the knitted cotton makes the gown feel wonderful on my skin. I like the length so that when I am in bed I can scrunch up my legs and be completely covered by the gown. Makes me feel cozy. I now have two Calida gowns. I wear them in the winter, because north Florida only has a few months of chilly weather. Being able to wear my nightgown is one of the few things I enjoy about those months.

    The fabric is about half as thick as the PJ's I got for the guys in my family. Long enough but too thin for my cool house, and too warm a style for warm weather. Also, I followed the advise to get a smaller size, and it fits OK, but I would be more comfy and cozy in my regular size medium. The first time I am returning a Calida product.

    Normally wear a medium, advised to order a size smaller,which I did. I really should have ordered an extra small. The gold threads are pulling out in 4 or 5 places after wearing about 8 times. The cotton knit fabric (sans gold thread)is very soft and stable. The workmanship on the nightgown is great. Beautiful true red, has not faded, very little shrinkage.
