    When I don't have a proper gusset in my yoga or workout pants, I wear underwear to protect my delicate parts. Some of my newer yoga pants have a tiny diamond shaped fabric gusset and the seams rub on me and chafe. These pants are light weight, non-chafing, soft and stay where they should under active conditions.
