Calida Smooth Modal Underwear - Thong (For Women)

only complaint is that it sits a bit high. a lower cut would have been perfect.

A little higher cut than your average thong (and wider side seams)--which I appreciate. Soft and so comfy; it's very much like the Hanro thong, only made of modal not cotton. What's modal? "British generic fiber category for manufactured fiber of cellulose known for chemical, moth, and mildew resistance. Also recognized for heat and/or burn resistance. Modal® is a bio-based fiber made by spinning reconstituted cellulose from beech trees. It is about 50% more hygroscopic, or water-absorbent, per unit volume than cotton is. It is designed to dye just like cotton, and is color-fast when washed in warm water."

I like this thong because it is so soft and the fabric is nice but the cut is generous. I generally find that I can wear one size down in Calida underwear and I accounted for that when I ordered these but they are still a little roomy. I washed them hoping that they would shrink a little (but knowing that with the quality of Calida that they probably wouldn't shrink) but they didn't. I like them overall, the fit is just a little off.

Soft, comfortable fit. Thinner for summer wear with clingy dresses or linen slacks.

Nice fit, very comfortable. And unlike some thongs, not to small in the crotch.

I have been buying my panties from Victoria's Secret for years but they don't carry high-waist cotton thongs anymore. These Calida are fabulous and the price can't be beat!

FANTASTIC brief, love them!

They work, they're lightweight, it feels as if you are not wearing anything at all. In addition, there are no I repeat no visible panty lines which is something we all adore. I can say enough good things about CALIDA.
