“While I wouldn't recommend this bra for workouts, it has been wonderful while healing from breast reduction surgery because the band is wide and stays in place, but does not ride up directly on to the crease under the breast where my stitches are healing. The fabric is very soft, the stretch is lightweight, but the shaping gives enough lift that the breasts are supported for everyday activities and you aren't smooshed down like a sports bra.”
