    I use this bra for every day wear. I don't think it would be good for sports such as jogging, etc.....not enough support for those who really need it. But for every day wear, it can't be beat when it comes to comfort. I bought the small size based on reviews; I'm a 34 C and it fit perfectly.

    This bra is NOT a sports bra. I can't even wear it with a t-shirt because there is no support. There is a weird seam that comes at the nipple that makes you look pointy. Maybe some women like that, but I needed a sports bra.

    I love these bras. However, I am fairly large breasted (38D) and I wear a medium. And I need to shorten the straps a little bit. They don't provide a lot of support, but they're really comfortable. If you're small breasted, the cup might be too big.

    I love, love, love Calida sports bras! Not for sports, but for comfortable lounging and household activities. I have a large bust and these bras do not provide enough compression and support for me to wear them to work out in.
