“Based on the eco-friendly material and color, I really wanted to like the hoodie. However, the neck is too low-cut to wear alone, and over another shirt the upper arms feel snug (I do have largish biceps). Plus, I thought the hood looked funny up with it's low neck, so wouldn't make use of it.”
