Reviewed by Pan Happy from Lincoln, NE on Friday, January 04, 2013Pan replaces one with broken plastic handle. I don't foresee having that problem with this one. It is very well made and appears durable. We have only recently started cooking with it, and so far it has more than met our needs. We prefer Stainless Steel and Iron to other cooking surfaces because of possible health risks. It has also been easy to clean.
