With my limited use it has proven to be an excellent product. I would purchase again in addition to recommending it to my friends .

I have had Calphalon in the past and the egg pan was clearly their best product. I don't know how the non-stick will wear; the older (very old, > 20 years old)product didn't wear well, but this is a totally different kind of finish and it looks like it will be just fine. I recommend it.

However, you can flash fry a piece of salmon, or sear a steak, then, because of the steel handles, finish cooking in the oven. And you should use only moderately high heat. Although dishwasher safe, this will irreversibly discolor the exterior. Beautiful cookware!

I have used these 2 pans almost every day since receiving them and they look brand new (and probably will for some time!) I love the non-stick quality and I love that the handles do not get hot. I just love Calphalon and the price for these 2 pans is amazing.
