    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I thought this would be perfect down a hallway in a home I am staging to sell. The design elements are not that pronounced, and the overall effect of the rug I find dark and too quiet in appearance. The picture looks more dynamic. I never thought I would return anything from Calvin Klein Home, but this rug just does not get it for me. The quality is high, it's just the dark overall pattern is not lively enough to suit my use.

    I quite appreciate the quality of this rug. It just feels good to step on. The colors are darker than indicated by the image of the runner--they are closer to those depicted in the picture of the room-sized rug. I haven't had it for long, so I have no idea about wear and cleaning issues.
