    The fine knitting stitch and the fineness of the yarn may keep these socks from lasting as long as some other wool socks and/or from being as warm, but these are considerations I gladly trade off for the great fit, appearance and comfort, especially since I do not believe that any stocking as well constructed as this one will have serious durability or warmth problems.

    The socks seem very high quality, although a bit big for my admittedly smallish (size 8) feet. I also find them a bit thin. My main reason for getting them: hoping that the wool would retain its color better than cotton blend.

    I use the product for casual and business dress with loafers. These socks are extremely comfortable, soft,but don't slip off the calf. They also have a good evaporation factor so perspiration isn't noticeable and shoe insoles are not stained from perspiration. Can't imagine a better product for the money.
