Camaro 06 Stingray Diving Suit - Semi-Dry (For Women)

This suit exceeded my expectations on a recent dive trip in cold water. The design is really smart, too. It's 2 pieces, a vest with a hood and a full wetsuit--so you're not stuck with the hood if you don't want to wear it, or if you want to wear a different one. One of the best things I've bought in recent memory.

I bought this suit for my 11 year-old daughter for cold water dives in the PNW. The XS fits her well (5'1", 94 lbs.). It is excellent quality. The wrist and ankle zips make it easy to get on and off.

I bought one for my wife and daughter. The suits work well in cold water. We did 4 dives this weekend down to 42 degrees and they both stayed warm.

Contrary to the item description, the vest isn't 7mm. It's pushing 5 mm (closer to 4.5, I checked with high-grade calipers). This is fine for me, because I'm mostly planning to use the full suit without the vest, but if you're planning to use it in really cold water, this might not be for you. The vest pulled down on my head and I hardly had any mobility when the hood was up. Hopefully this will get better when I wear it more. Otherwise it's a great fit, and I think I'll love it as much as I love my 5mm full suit by Camaro.
