“So I'm 5'5" and 125lbs. I ordered the XS. It fit me well. The arms aren't tight fitting like regular diving wesuits which I'm OK with cause for canyoneering, I need a bit of not-too-constricted arm movement. The way you put them on is you insert one leg into the left leg loop of the suit, and the zip it up in the front. The zippers are pretty beefy. I love the reinforced elbow padding, and it has wrist-zips too. If you do take this diving or snorkeling at all, don't expect it to keep you as warm as a regular 5mm wetsuits because its looseness in the wrist areas will allow water to easily get in. but its 5mm thickness is a pro. I wear this suit also with my farmer john wetsuit, but you could look just as cool with just some shorts for the bottom. Regarding the hood, it functions well, but the way it envelopes your face can be a little awkward, but when I'm cold and 100ft. up, & on a fall, the hood is the least of my concerns. But you may just as well leave if off and let hang behind your neck, but it gets a bit bunched-up in the neck area, but you can like fold it in a little to help. So in conclusion, I'm quite pleased with my purchase. Good for mobility and warmth.”
