“I tried these gloves out on a cold day paddling whitewater to see if they would be any better than pogies (neoprene mits that attach to the paddle to keep the hands warm and toasty) unfortunately they don't come close. gloves and water are simply difficult to work with. I haven't tried any other gloves for paddlesports, but I've gone through three different pairs of pogies and even the worst of them beat gloves. if you're going to buy these to keep your hands warm on the river, try a pair of pogies first.”
