    I use this with my full Zoot Suit triathalon wetsuit. It gives a lot of extra warmth (still swimming in November). However it can only be worn over it, since my tri suit has a neck seal and the built in hood on the vest breaks the seal.It stil provides much needed extra insulation for the chilly waters in Northern California coast. I will also use this for SCUBA but will wear it under my scuba wetsuit.

    I swim regularly in an Upstate NY lake and try to stretch the season. This hooded vest does it! No frigid water surging down my neck. I wear it under a De Soto jacket and I can stay in a long time. (Water is now 60ish.
